Keep on running

As I continue my training program, I am now up to 2 miles of running. I have to say mantras to get myself through. My favorites are:

I am a strong, tough woman
Pain is weakness leaving the body
The only easy day was yesterday

I just keep a running chant going through my head and keep my eyes out for the finish line. It is getting easier.
